I was able to snag one bottle of this out of my liquor store's allocation of 3, so I'm pretty excited about this one. However, the price nearly deterred me. I paid $26.99 plus tax for this thing.

Question: What has everyone else paid for this?

I'm very curious as I saw a price as low as $18.99, albiet in San Diego. I felt a little sick upon seeing this, even though that store is in Stone's city.

I got hosed then. This place was in San Jose. There isn't another spot I know of that has their hard to find selections though. The only place i know of near where I live is in SF and I'm hardly ever up there. I'll know not to pay that next time

Dude that is BS. Sorry to hear that man. Especially in SJ there is a lot of competition for good craft beer spots. You go to Cask and Flask or Royal Liquors at all? My go to place in in Redwood City.

I think I paid around $22.00. My local shop had plenty when I was there a couple of weeks ago.

I've never seen it around here, creating a "wanting" that would definitely make it worth $27 to me :stuck_out_tongue:

Picked up a bottle at the same place as you most likely. Wish I could make it over there more often and/or that they stayed open later.

Dude. This beer isn't even a 22oz Bomber. What a gyp. And I mean what a gyp at $19.99 no limits and still sitting on shelves a week after release at my local liquor store.

Bought it off of Craft Shack a couple of weeks ago at $20. Had to add others to justify shipping costs but i guess i wouldve had to pay them if i traded anyway.

$27 is definitely a bit steep but it's also really good. I just hosted a tasting of BA Stouts from San Diego and the general consensus was that it was on par with BASS and a step above Silva Stout and the Bourbon Monsters Park from Modern Times
