Stone IPA on ice

My Uncle drinks beer with ice in it. The cheap stuff usually. So at least she is driking something good.

 

...and then she stuck a straw in it

 

I've done it and would again if the situation required.

 

When I was in Thailand, I drank a lot of iced beer. That's the way they served it. Of course, it was usually Singha or Chang, so the damage was minimal.

And speaking of straws, I knew a guy who always drank beer through one. He had CP and was unable to pick up a glass. He also rode 50 miles a day on a specially-built recumbent quadricycle, earned an MBA, and organized a foundation for CP research. Is that awesome, or what?

 

looks like they put a bunch of ice (that obviously melted long ago) in the syrup there too. or is that also Stone IPA in the syrup dispenser too?

 

A wife you love, who understands, or at least tolerates, your 'hobby'.? Lucky man. Heck, I wouldn't care if she drank it out of a solo cup with a straw.

 

Like in the movie DINER, only marry women who pass detailed craft beer exam.

 

The last time I had an Ice beer it was Milwaukees Best Ice in college...

I hope your wife enjoyed it. I've had beer with ice, but I did drink it really fast before it got too watery. Hard times call for hard solutions. Cheers to your wife for the hard solution!
