Anyone have an idea when and how much will be hitting Texas and specifically Houston?

Probably at the same time the truck with Dayman comes in. I believe Stone comes in once a month. Sooo... if the official release date is Monday, expect it whenever that damn truck makes its' way to Texas the next time (within a month from that date). Pending label approval, of course.

... ... sorry. It's a Coffee Imperial IPA that Stone did as a collaboration: http://www.stonebrew.com/collab/

Dayman is going to be limited as shit. The bottleshop I frequent often (a high volume ATX retailer) has told me theyre getting 1 case. ~50 or thereabouts for the entire state.

Stone IRS will be in as many stores as Old Guardian (all of them)

There will be no problem getting IRS. It will move off the shelves, but you'll have some time to get some.

For those of you who miss out on Dayman, ask yourselves if you're really missing out... Coffee and IPA were interesting, but not life-changing. That said, I expected the beer to be much worse.

Hope it's better than Mikkeller's collaboration Sleepover IPA. That tasted good for 2 sips then started to taste like coffee grounds. BLECH!

Yeah, maybe your right. Last year I was able to pick up 4 bottles of IRS and, as far as I know, there were two separate shipments of the stuff that landed here. But who knows. I recently found out that La Folie has disappeared from Houston shelves this year even though it used to sit around for at least what seemed like 6 months. So maybe IRS will be no different this year.
