Was surprised to see the new location up and running this evening. You can drink there in a mini-beer garden of sorts and they have bottles and growlers for sale. No sign; just look for the wrought iron doors. Looks like the standard line-up on tap for now but I'm thinking it will operate like the South Park location eventually with a variety of weekly growler fill specials.
