R&R Coconut IPA Washes Ashore Monday, July 29th!

The rest of the world gets the news next week, but we know you can't wait to hurry up and take a load off, so we're giving you a sneak peek of the ambrosial brew that we're sending off to faraway shores (and some not so far) on Monday. Check out the new video before it goes live next week, and you'll be first to learn the story of our latest collaboration, Robert Masterson & Ryan Reschan/Rip Current/Stone R&R Coconut IPA. This is a tropical onslaught that will leave nothing but a refreshing sea of contentment in its wake.

    What are your thoughts?

I'll be on the look out for one. Don't think this will be an expensive gamble for people who enjoy coconut as much as I do.

I'm excited for this one personally. We watch a lot of Ryan's (stumpyjoejr) video reviews, as he does ours. Can't wait to review this one next week. Cheers!

Just picked one up at Raja's Liquors, Livermore. According to this, it's from the future. I guess that means it's extra fresh? Excited to break it open.

I'm really excited for this one. Tropical fruit hop notes with coconut? Sounds like the perfect hoppy treat during the summer weather! Plus, Ryan (StumpyJoeJr) is a really cool dude and fellow beertuber.

Coconut in a stout or brown ale sounds great. Coconut in an IPA, doesn't sound that great.

Considering Coconut Mango Mama IPA from Town Hall is one of the best brews I've ever had... Yeah, I say check it out. The coconut definitely can work in an IPA.

I tried the homebrew batch a couple times and it was truly incredible. Hoping the mass-produced version is similar!

Super excited for this one. Though what is with the horrible Affliction/Tapout-esque logos on the last 2 Stone collab. bottles? Oooof.

I doubt this will hit Pittsburgh or Buffalo, so I guess the best that I can do is grab a RuinTen and a French Press and then add some coconut to it.

Hoping NJ sees the same distribution as w00t stout saw last week. Just the right amount of cases landed.

Opened a bottle today. It's a very tropical fruity IPA with a subtle hint of coconut. It's hard to pick out when they beer is cold, but comes through more as it warms up. Great IPA IMO, and Ryan is a good guy, so I'd say give this one a try.

Been looking forward to trying this since it was originally announced. Can't wait to get my hands on a couple bottles. Dayman exceeded my expectations so I hope this is able to do the same. Early reviews seem to indicate it will. Glad distribution will include NV since I'm stuck here for a couple weeks...

I accidentally got a few bottles early. The coconut is minor, but it really brings out the hops. This might be something for homebrewers to play with. I really enjoyed it as an IPA, regardless of the coconut.

    That's a good accident to have. ;)

This is the flavor profile I was hoping for. As someone who was leary about Dayman, and ended up falling in love with it, I hope that I can experiece the same.

I had it today on tap at Stone ... barely any coconut at all. Almost nonexistent in fact. They told me the bottles may have a bit more coconut taste. I picked up two, so we'll see.

Solid IPA, but don't expect big coconut flavor.
