Good beer, but I made the mistake of having a Ruination 10th after the coconut, and that's not fair to the coconut.

I tried it last week and it was definitely interesting. The coconut taste was present, subtle at first, but it comes out in the after taste. It almost tastes like a Stone IPA with a little bit of coconut flavor with it. I wouldn't buy it again, however, it was definitely something worth trying and I would recomend it to anyone as something they need to at least experience.

Stone made a Sugar Syrup IPA. I believe it is called RuinTen.

I did not get a lot of coconut, but certainly more as it warmed. Regardless, I enjoyed the beer.

Exactly, the complainers must think they want a coconut bomb which would be gross

I did enjoy this one and would get it again as it was not bad in price. My lady said that it is hard for coconut to be imparted into the flavor such as an IPA. You can only use the flesh, and not the milk. Possibly the water might give a more pronounced.

Had it on tap at Churchkey and thought it was damn good, I see where people say not a lot of coconut in the taste but I got quite a bit on the nose. I would seek this out for sure

If you didn't taste any coconut, maybe you weren't drinking it from the correct glass

Had it on tap, an interesting beer. I'm surprised that so many people couldn't taste the coconut.

Were they pouring it in coconuts?

It seems you have to live in Kalifornia to taste the coconut in this beer..

It's a good base IPA though, and liked the hopping of it. If they sold it as an IPA collaboration, I'd say it was a damn good beer. Very "Stone" tasting for sure. Solid.

The coconut was a farce though. They could have called it a Peach IPA, and I might could have talked myself into tasting peaches.
