Stone Sour Fest

I talked to Bill on Saturday and likely the list will go up a week before the fest.

 

I'll be there. Not sure what I'll bring, but I'll pull out some good stuff to share.

 

I would like to add to the pot. So are we allowed to bring bottles into the event im assuming?

 

For sure. There is always a massive bottle share.

 

I don't even have tickets, but I think I might come for the bottle share.

 

Anyone have a extra ticket?? My buddy missed out.

has it happened before? yes. However I am guessing they would not like this to be a common thing. Not because people are avoiding paying (they did sell out). But it is not the point of the event and will just add to the crowd. Plus if there are a lot of people who start doing this I could see them enforcing some new rules.

Just post what Lost Abbey is bringing - we could judge by that... Shelf Sour type of year (2011)? or Izzy - DDG - Veritas (2009) type of year?

No. VE 10 was pretty tart though from the grapes.

One Sour Fest they had two of their Sours and it needed improvement. I heard a while ago that is something in the works, separate building, but never heard anything official.

 

Ah! I need the list! Oh if anyone has a extra ticket or two let me know.

 

Not having the list is a bit annoying, but I'm sure it'll be fun regardless.

 

There are certainly some interesting new beers this year I'm looking forward to. Can't wait to see the full list.

 

What are some of the beers? Is there some partial list?

 

6 days away and no list yet? What's going on, Stone?

 

Got to talk with Dr. Bill about some of the beers that will be there. I rather not say what in case they don't show up. Hopefully the list will be up soon.
