Anyone else going? I wish they would post the beer list already. This will be my first time down at Stone, I am really looking forward to it.
Done it a few times back in the day and it was always fun altho sometimes brutally hot. We've done half our tasters when they opened then drove to PP Carlsbad for lunch, then back to the sour fest in the afternoon to finish off the tasters. Sometimes 10 tasters in a row (or however many you get) is just a little much. Take sunscreen and a hat, there's not unlimited shade.
yes, they are warmups for the Bottle Shares. I have never needed more tickets for sour fest, everything works out just fine.
I'm ok with the 15 3oz pours. Do I want more, sure, but its a good enough excuse to get a few of us to drive out from Vegas and hit up a dozen other breweries while we're at it. I'm more annoyed at how late the list seems to be posted each year. We rolled the dice hoping to see more Cascade live barrels...
I'm sure they will have tickets at the door. This was the case for Oakquinox or all their other festivals.
