I recently joined Beeradvocate and would love some advice on how to properly store different beers.

Beers in question: DBH, Prop '13, Backyard, BAVSS, a couple SARA beers, KBS, Westy 12

My current storage options are a) refrigerator (~40-45 degrees) or b) in the cupboard of a bar (~60 degrees, dry & dark). Would love any advice on which of these options would be better. And is the answer the same for each of the beers listed above -- most are barrel-aged which, from what I understand, is fine to leave in the bar as long as it's dry, dark, and has a stable temperature. But what about SARA/sours, is the fridge the way to go there?

If it makes a difference, I plan to drink all of these in the next year or two. Thanks very much for any help on this (and apologies if this has already been covered elsewhere and I missed it).

I would go with the fridge for all but the SARA beers and Westy to help preserve the adjuncts in those beers. Both conditions are adequate; the colder environment will just slow down the aging process.
