So I just received about 25 lbs of various crushed grains from NB for a few 3 gallon BIAB batches.... Would these grains keep better in my fridge or keep them in the box covered in my basement which is Probably like 60-70f. I'm gonna try to get thru all the grain in a month since its crushed but what's my best storage option?

Basement, fridge will be too humid. According to Briess you have about 6 months to use them if stored cool and dry.

They just need to be kept dry and pest free.
