Not a thread about aging IPAs, or cellaring IPAs and dont need any comments about drinking IPAs as fresh as possible.

My question is what is the best way to store an IPA to maintain freshness.

I have a drink fridge that stays right around freezing and I have a converted freezer that stays at 55. Which should I use to store my IPAs that I dont want to drink right now, but will probably drink over the next month to 6 weeks. Any difference in storing them in the warmer "cellar" as opposed to keeping them ice cold in the drink fridge?

Or is 6 weeks not that long of a time and storing them out of the light and with stable temps probably enough?

Store them cold and dark. Light, even through brown glass is a hops killer.
