Anyone know of a place that has Storm King not in the cooler? I have still seen it around but it is down to the last six packs and always cold. I really want to add this to my cellar. Thanks!

You can add it to your cellar anyway. Change in temperature will not affect it.

Julios in Westboro has it on the shelves "if they have it in stock"

You always want to buy the beer in the cooler, even if you plan on cellaring it.

There's no harm in the temperature fluctuation and by keeping in the cooler you know it was well kept instead of sitting in a 70 degree store every day for 6 months.

Acton Wine and Spirits should have it as well

Thanks for the suggestions. Hopefully I can make it out there. I am not deathly opposed to cellaring cooler beer but in general I cellar the "warm" stuff and it has worked out great for me so far. I suppose cellaring temps and temperature fluctuation is a discussion for a different forum...thanks again!

This isn't always true. How many 6 packs of a Stormking can a refrigerator shelf fit? 6 or so? Whatever is overstock past that can be sitting in a back room somewhere, and the cold beer you buy may have only been there a few days.

Fairway Market in Stamford carry almost all Victory beers and usually have both sixpacks and full cases outside of the cooler.
