So, another brewery opening today in Ballard, just a stones throw from Reuben's. Anyone know anything about them or sampled their products yet?
A bit more info on their opening today: http://www.stoupbrewing.com/stoup-opening-to-the-public-oct-23/ Apparently they have an IPA, an ISA, and a Porter. The fact that they're trying to sell a Founders Club membership for $250 when nobody has had their beer, the offering so far is really limited, and there Reuben's 1 year mug club was $100 seems optimistic. Brewer used to work at Cricket Hill on the east coast which seems pretty anonymous from the ratings ... but here's hoping they're solid. If I didn't have to work late I'd swing by ...

Yep - I set the bar high when you wanna charge me charge $250! I don't think they'd been open at all when I posted. :-)
Please, don't stoup to that level. I mean, jokes about people's names are just stoupid and immature. I'm sure this brewery is going to be stoupendous.
