It was a good time. Helped a friend of a friend playtest his board game. One guy from the group brought a case of Kujo, so there was lots of drunk Goldeneye in the hotel room. I'd go back if I could get the time off of work.

 

My boxes have been dropped off at the shipping center. They are headed south to my target who has a user name that contains at least two of the same letters

 

Nice, we should see some good hauls this week.

 

Luckily for my target, I discovered a nice bottle shop while out to eat for my girlfriend's birthday. I have a habit of googling "bottle shops in _____" everywhere I go. Since it was her birthday I opted to only buy two bottles (plus a sixer of Sea Dog Blueberry for her on my second trip in; after I got back in the car and she reminded me that I completely forgot to look for it for her). But I will be going back to snag a couple more. Still expecting to ship first week of March.

 

Sea Dog Blueberry is my g/f's favorite, too. I always make sure there's one in any mixed 6 I bring home. Makes it much easier to rationalize.

 

Hmmm my gf doesn't like beer at all so I make sure to include what I call apple juice in any mixed six packs I show up at home with. Anyone have any good hard ciders they dig or their girls like that I can try to find so I can expand her range of cider choices?

 

Not a cider but New Glarus Apple Ale is amazing.

 

This was the first beer in several months that my wife tried and did not hate. (I also thought it was pretty tasty and am ISO more of it.)

 

My targets box began its 600 mile journey west today. It should land on wed.

 

I guess that's coming to me or Mike!

 

Thought for sure you were my sender, but I am 721 miles. Cross another off the list!

:grins: im sitting on a decent chunk of stuff thats gonna have to get cracked... perhaps we should wait til it gets cold though since its all stouts...

 

so far our targets box has 263 ounces and 11 WANTS target has been a member a lot longer then us and lives in a state with a lot of sports teams but no baseball team!

 

And then there were five. My sender is either in Florida, Virginia, or North Carolina!

 

Since my Target proved himself to be the Robert Langdon of BA and solved all my clues, i decided to reward him and ship early. So the mothership is on its way home and should land on Friday.
