Stout BIF Round 2 - Hints

Hint 1: I have neither shipped to nor received from my target before
Hint 2: My target lives at a more southern latitude than I do
Hint 3: While my target has been on BA longer than I, he has fewer likes, posts and wants.
Hint 4: I can probably hit 1-2 of those wants when beer is released on black friday.
Hint 5: I have been in a BIF with my target before.
Hint 6: I am not shipping to Ole Miss area.

Narwhal?

 

I was thinking that, since the only other one is bigfoot, but that is a barleywine. Just didn't think of a narwhal as being mythical since they actually exist.

 

Hint #2 the state I am shipping to has between 2 and 4 vowels in its name.
Hint #3 My Target has more than 15 wants that are brewed in my state.

 

Narrowed it down to 14, hopefully by this weekend I can gather a top ten. Then I'm done with this thread, I'd rather let my imagination run wild.

 

Yeah I eff'd that up. I was thinking about Bigfoot Barleywine while drinking my last Narwhal. So just proves don't drink and write.

Anyway, the answer to that one was definitely Sierra.

Hint 3: my target is South of me
Hint 4: I have never contacted, or been contacted by, my target through BM
Hint 5: targets state is more populated than my state.

 

I thought I had you down to 3 possible targets, then I realized Florida is west of you.

 

I'm down to 12 possibilities but 5 of which have yet to post.

 

Looks like that list hint eliminates me as we had the same number of posts(9) when you include yours.

Hint #3.... The past decade or two of voting history has shown my target lives in a decidedly "blue state"
Hint #4.... My target has several "wants" that are going to be fulfilled...

I agree the waiting is torture.

That being said, my targets want list is pretty tough for me to hit even if I try to trade. I just have a few more local stouts to pick up, so unless I hear of an upcoming brewery release I may be shipping sooner rather than later.

 

I agree with you. My targets wants list is kinda hard to hit. I had 2 of them but even if I try to trade for some of them I'd have a really hard time landing them so I might be shipping sooner than later as well.
