Stout BIF Round 2 - Hints

A couple of IPAs are subliminally telling me to ship sooner than later, so a box is likely going out from CA next week also. Any storms in the Great Lakes region (hint) I should worry about?

 

Narrowed it down to 4! There's a 50% chance my sender is from The Constitution State.

Hint #?: My target lives south of Interstate 95.

 

I spy something blue and an abraxas has come to me for my target. Now it gets real because I evaluated that I have a full case ready for my target. All stouts don't remember which ones are wants but some are barrel aged and all are flipping amazing. Guess I'm sending next week.

Depending on how big of a box I think I can safely pack bottles in, my shipment will likely be a box of stouts and then a box of STWTFIW
