So I just received my porch bomb, and sorry (not sorry) for my language, but HOLY FUCKING SHIT.

Pron to follow, but @MCain04 absolutely killed it. I'm blown away by his awesomenes.

 

Ok, so here we go.

First off, it's a good thing @MCain04 packed his boxes to withstand the apocalypse, bease the fed ex guy just threw them over my side gate, which is about a 7 foot drop. They had a good 5 feet on them too. It was as if he was using the gate as a volleyball net.

Luckily every thing was safe.

Also, my college roommate lives I'm Austin, and my roommate of 8 years just moved to Dallas a few months ago, so I find myself in Texas at least a few times a year. I have so new things/places to check out next time I visit, im already salivating.

2013 BCS Coffee -Permawant. Love this beer. Can't get enough.

Community Brewing BA Legion x4 - New to me, but sounds amazing. Cracking one of the bad boys tonight.

Community Mosaic IPA - Love mosaic hop. Went straight to the fridge. Can't wait to try it.

Praire Bomb!, Christmas Bomb!, and Apple Brandy Noir. - Love Bomb!, can't wait to try Christmas Bomb. AB Noir was one of my favorite beers this year, and im.kicking myself for not buying another. This rectified that.

2013 Bigfoot. This is amazing. I have an 8 year vert going, and 2013 is the only one im missing besides the current year. So awesome.

Jester King Nocturn - Megawant. The only JK fruited sours I have yet to try are this and O&P. Absolutey Amazing.

Jester King Estival Dichatomous - Never Had this one. Can't wait to try it. It's coming to Dark Lord Day tomorrow for sure.

Epic Big Bad Baptist - Never had, but I've yet to hear anything less than stellar about it. Can't wait to try.

Armadillo Ale Works Quaker Town Stout - New to me. Sounds great. Super Pumped.

St. Arnold Devine Reserve - My friend in Texas raves about this. Can't wait to try it.

Sump - Awesome. I've only ever had a taste of it. Can't wait to actually sit and enjoy it.

Lakewood Raspberry Temptress - Huge want. Everytime I visit Texas, I bring back at least a 4-pack of temptress. It's such an amazing beer. Luckily I still have one left to do a side by side. So stoked for this one.

Black Tuesday - Not much to say about this other than Jesus Christ. Tried it at the taproom in february and it was amazeball. Can't wait to share it with friends so I don't die of alcohol poisoning.

FYI that's a 2012 Black Tuesday - I've been holding on to it for 3 yrs, could never bring myself to open it, so now that burden is yours @prior2two

 

So @luwak, the good news is that there are no delivery exceptions. The bad news is that despite having expected delivery dates of 4/24 for both boxes, one hasn't had a scan since leaving Maryland on Wednesday morning, and the other since arriving in Texas yesterday morning.

That they (according to the scans) seem to have been separated, coupled with the fact that the box I dropped off with them (headed for Houston) has been successfully delivered, gives me some cause for concern. Hopefully they'll both arrive tomorrow, only a day late, and just weren't scanned much in transit. Hopefully.

Glad you liked it dude! I would have in include the '15 Huna too but I literally met you in line for it's release! I have been holding onto some of those for awhile and glad to have found a good home for them! When you try the Cali brandy tell me what you think compared to base '14. BTW, '14 was definitely my favorite year fresh. That Mud. Hill is the reproduction of moat water also. Cigar City Brewpub is going to miss their brewer.... But the new one is up to the challenge.

I gotta stop being so paranoid. Both boxes updated to a new delivery date of Saturday, and have been scanned in Phoenix, so I expect to see them "On Truck for Delivery" tomorrow.

 

Awesome box. Is that a Sherry Barrel MZ? I traded a arm and a leg for that. Wpw....

 

It's either that or a vintage one, the 2013 I got from Matt looks the same.
