    I went to Radford for my Freshman year of college, so I know where both of you live ... :not creepy:

    Hey guys, one of the people signed up has said he really wants to still be in it but would have to miss the shipping window by a pretty big margin. Given that a couple people in here will vouch for him that he'll deliver, just late, would anyone like to volunteer to be this guy's target? No pressure at all, but it'll keep someone in the game

    I'll take it!!
    If you find some BA Spiteful then this BIF will be a breeze

    While this solves the requirement portion of this round, I've been thinking about this and I'd really like us to kill this round by upping the ante quite a bit.

    I will commit a BA Abraxas for my target if the following qualifications can be met:

    1) At least one other person will also commit a BA Abraxas to their target
    &
    2) No less than 5 of the following bottles will also be committed by individuals in this round:

    * GI Cthulhu
    * Red Wine BA Mexican Cake
    * Jack Daniels BA Mexican Cake
    * Apple Brandy BA Mexican Cake
    * Double Barrel Hunaphu
    * Cali Brandy Hunaphu
    * 2009 Black Tuesday
    * 2010 Black Tuesday
    * b1/2012 Grey Monday
    * b1/2011 Chocolate Rain
    * Pappy Van Winkle Eclipse
    * Pappy Van Winkle Black Magick
    * Buffalo Trace Black Magick
    * 2008 Darkness
    * 2009 Darkness
    * BCBS Rare
    * BCBS Vanilla

    You get the point. Any other substitutions/additions worthy of discussing, I'm all for it.

    Thoughts?

    Im sending out a Kane ANTEAD, I think that could be on your list, if needed I can bump it up to a variant of coffee ANTEAD.

    Unfortunately I am not on that level yet, though I know my target will appreciate as many mini whales/great beer as I can get.

    If I had just one of those bottles I'd be game, unfortunately I have not been able to plan my first whale hunting voyage yet, still just going off shore fishing.. great idea though.

    I am 100% in support of this, however, I unfortunately cannot contribute a single one of those. I do plan on putting together a pretty sweet box, just not one that includes anything of that caliber as it is not at my disposal.

    Not a whalez bro, but I'm committing a Backyard Rye and some other similar level brews. I wanted it to be sort of a "surprise" if you will but I think my box will please...albeit not BA Abraxas or DB Huna level.

    I don't care if my box has a whale in it or not tbh. I just want someone to open my box and either shit themselves or be super stoked and run around the house like a small child who just received a pony for Christmas (as I did upon receipt of my box in my first BIF). I'd give more if I had more but that's the best stout in my cabinet and I haven't even had it yet haha.

    This is what I really am in support of. DB Huna or BA Abraxas would be amazing, but I really am just looking forward to the Christmas morning effect that I've gotten from all my BIF boxes.

    Backyard Rye is an awesome stout by the way, you should have one yourself if you haven't already. Assuming you're familiar with these two, I thought it was a bit like if you blended BCBS with either Strawberry Rhubarb or Raspberry Tart from New Glarus, like a 3:1 blend mostly stout but definitely enough to get a nice vibrant berry flavor in the background.

    That sounds pretty damn good! I'm sure I'll get to try one soon enough. I just want to be able to give a box that has some really nice brews in it. I have plenty of beer to drink that I enjoy so as long as whoever gets this Backyard appreciates it, that's all that matters to me!
