Stout help

    I made a stout a few months ago with a large dose of Golden Naked Oats (I think it was around 20% of the grist). I really liked it. Great flavor. I agree with @wspscott that they do not seem to impact body, so I would still use some regular oats or flaked barley if that is what you are looking for.
