A good beer is always in season.

I'm rarely hot and dehydrated enough to be cooled or refreshed by beer, so such considerations rarely enter into my decision making.

I kind of regret that, since beer genuinely can be very refreshing, as I've found when trekking around Prague in the spring, or holidaying in the Mediterranean, but in the UK that sort of refreshment is less of an issue for me.

Just finished a 'Tiny' from Weyerbacher...one of (if not the best) Belgian Imperial Stouts around, and year-round nonetheless!

I have had a lot of Kalamazoo Stout in the hot summer months, but it does have a fairly light body. It was great. Dark color does not equal heavy body. However, there are stouts that I probably would not want on a humid 90 degree afternoon. So I guess it depends...

I've devoured a Narwhal, FIS and Lil B(Porter) in the last week. They were just as delicious as they were in the colder months.

I think a good Double/Imperial Stout tastes better as it warms up, which makes it perfectly suited for warm weather.

Any Beer any weather! A good 12-19% Barrel aged stout really hits the spot next to the pool!
