Hey guys I been trying to come up with a great stout recipe that gives me between 8-10% AVB ultimately what I want to accomplish is come up with three variants with the same grain bill but one with rum oaked spirals, pasilla chile (cinammon, coconut, vanilla), and the final one with mint (cinammon, coconut, vanilla)
I want to get feedback from anyone that has a great solid stout recipe that can give me some pointers

Make sure to check out Designing Great Beers and Brewing Classic Styles ...then mash high, select a suitable yeast, and add the adjuncts/flavorings/alcohol with discretion...IMHO
