Sorry you are a fellow Pittsburgher. I just moved back here a couple months ago and know how terrible it is to get beer here.

I've been to most shops around the area and if you already have enough fbs, then just bite the bullet and get the Raspy. If that won't do it for you, check out Zoe's. I think they had a case of Mokah in there last time I went. Might also have a case of world wide stout as well.

If the OP could get it this would be a hell of a recomendation. Not going to find a better buck-a-bottle stout IMO.

FIS - Founders Imperial Stout, INCREDIBLE!!!
    Bell's Expedition Stout
    Bell's Kalamazoo Stout
    Old Rasputin
Gonzo Imperial Porter (Flying Dog - you gotta try this!)
    Lost Abbey Serpent's Stout
    Avery The Czar
    Great Lakes Blackout Stout
*You may need to wait another month or so for most of these, i/e seasonals
**Southern Tier 2XSTOUT is pretty darned good and very affordable, available year round methinks

It is worth it. As far as small format imperial stout goes ten fidy blows everyone away.

i never said it wasn't worth it, just that it's real expensive. founders breakfast stout is $12 a 4-pack by me, so personally i'd rather save the $5 and get what i think is almost as good a stout, if not on par.

Another big recommendation for Bell's Expedition Stout. Ages like a champ, too.

For me, one case isn't even close to enough...I've budgeted for and hope to be able to acquire 5 cases when it comes out this year (which should hopefully be pretty soon).

Gotta throw in my two cents, on top of the 1,000 pounds of pennies here . . .
Price 1: Ipswich Oatmeal Stout: CRAZY cheap, tad less boozey than imperials. http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/162/260
Price 2: Brooklyn Dark Chocolate: some people don't like stouts with a dark fruit character, though, so be warned.
    Price 3: Southern Tier 2X

Everything I really love runs a steep price in cases. FBS, Yeti, Dark Truth, Stone IRS, etc.
