Your chances are good. It has been on shelves for months. You may not find it the first liquor store you walk into, but you should have no problem finding it.
Yup, this is an amazing beer that can be found almost year round in Chicago. Just hit up a few Binny's or other well respected stores and you should find it.
Check out Capones or Sarah Mart ($20), I saw it there this week. Have not seen at Binny's in months. Good luck!
In case you strike out on Straight Jacket: as of Sunday the Revolution Brew Pub on Milwaukee had other bottles for sale - $15 each for Deth's Tar, Rye Way to Heaven and Grave Digger Billy. And the food is good, with decent prices.
Binny's LP &LV don't have it. Take the Brown line up to the Addison stop, two blocks from Sarah Mart. They have a bunch of bottles for $20.
Update with your thoughts after trying it. I had Sucaba tonight and think I prefer SJ. But I need to re-visit SJ to confirm
Finally tried my first straight jacket and was very impressed, very sweet, malty and a booze bomb, loved every bit of it.
