By Len Boselovic / Pittsburgh Post-Gazette

"Straub is walking a fine line between preserving the traditions that have kept it going since 1872 and making the changes necessary to survive in an industry buffeted by globalization and the emergence of strong, regional craft beers that have muscled in on brewing's Big Three."

It's nice to see them continue to do their thing. And try to branch out a bit. I tried everything they poured at Opening Tap at Philly Beer Week and enjoyed it. Especially the Eis/Maibock that was really wonderful.
