Have a few Cantillion Classic Gueuze bottles 2010 and 2011, just recently one of them showed a 4 in by 2in long white streak inside the bottle its thin and white in color , My question is what is this and how does it affect the beer , this streak was not on the bottle as i rotate and move the bottles in my cellar a couple times a year thanks for any information

Sounds like it is just the yeast used to bottle condition the beer settling out.

Was the bottle on its side at any point or has it been upright?

It's almost certainly the yeast. It has never affected any of my Belgians or other Cantillons before. I even prefer trying a drink towards the end of the beer with some of the yeast poured as well. Always an interesting taste.

If I am to assume this is on the side of the bottle, then like others have already stated it is yeast and is normal.
