    To make matters more confusing, I've heard that the pre-2011 Reservas alternate between Port and Bourbon, but because it's so hard to ascertain the vintages from the bottles we just ended up with one big listing. Basically, if it's a new item in your local store (or from Etre Gourmet), review the current listing. If it's been lingering on dusty shelves or you've had the bottle for a while it's probably the older retired listing.

    The label on the stuff imported to the states was changed to wearing sunglasses because a character who could be interpreted as "Jesus" stoned was too much. For who, I don't know, but I heard this from the man himself, Urbain Coutteau.

    Pannepot and Tsjeeses in all their forms are my favorite Belgian beers.
