I just poured a Founders Curmudgeon and there floating in the top of the glass is a small brown gelatinous mass. The beer smelled fine so I scooped it out with a spoon. It did not break up like yeast would. In fact it stuck together as it dangled off the spoon. The beer tastes fine, so i am drinking it. Any idea what this was? Been drinking beer for 35 years, never seen anything like it.
