Stupid mistake... is the batch lost???

    If sanitizer solution is getting contaminated then I dont think its doing its job very well.

    Depends on how much gunk got blown out of the fermenter and into the starsan solution. I have seen funky things growing on top of blown-off stuff sitting on top of starsan solution in the blow-off receptacle.

    the blowoff tube and growler that had the solution in it had a healthy coating of blown off gunk on it. I guess I was just hoping that it was just typical blowoff with no nasties growing yet
