I'm pretty sure this is a ridiculous question but hey, grad school destroys my brain and makes me paranoid, and hey, better safe than sorry, right? I brewed my first 'wild' brew tonight (a Berlinerweisse). I currently have it fermenting in a small coolish room w/two other brews. These are all closed fermentations with dry-tap airlocks and/or blow-off tubes. That's safe, right? I'm not risking (in any major way) cross-contamination? I plan to use this Better Bottle for 'wild' fermentations alone, from here on out, and have separate tubing, but will heavily sanitize the dry-tap airlock and plastic port for the airlock and use those across fermentations. But as far as having everything in close proximity for fermentation, I'm alright, correct?

You're fine. I did a wild 3 feet from an open fermentation (bucket w/ no lid) hefe and it was fine.
