I don't want to see NEIPA disappear but I think we could do with a 50% reduction of current inventory :joy::rofl:.. The other choices I want to make are being lost in the haze.

in the 1990s the Philadelphia Eagles and other NFL teams would drink pickle juice on the sidelines for the first few hot games of the season.

Agreed. Maybe Session Pale Ales would be a better option?

Since I've never had a black IPA that I actually thoroughly enjoyed, I second that sentiment. I like all other forms of dark beer and IPAs so must just be the combination.

The styles are fine. Can we ban cliche names like "hoppy ending" and any stupid ass white brewer who wants to make a bad BLM reference with their dark beer?

Drink what you like. If you like it, it ain’t crap. Unless it’s Bud. Just wish places served more than one or two options if you don’t want IPAs or Sours

I just do NOT understand the milkshake beer style. I cannot deal with lactose in my beer let alone lactose and vanilla! I am not opposed to innovation, but this style just makes me cringe!

I wish I could give you my allergy to brett. I love the yeast and occasionally indulge regardless of the effects. I mean this EpiPen is good for something, right?

Yeah, just because one German king way back when in the day made a rule that protected his own commodities, doesn't mean he sets the rules for anybody else.

While I personally like rocket fuel caliber beer, particularly Bourbon/Rum Barrel-aged - I fully agree that we don't need imperial and non-imperial versions of so many beers. We can identify rocket fuel beers by ABV, so we don't need the style to say it. If not halted, the imperial/regular designation could nearly double the number of styles. The exception is Russian Imperial Stout since it has some history.
