Lambic. Not enough quality lambic available to me til I bite the bullet and start ordering Cantillon and 3F (and Fantome) from Belgium.

    And wine BA saisons.

I wish I could drink more ungespundet-style kellerbiers but alas there aren't many and they don't travel well.
I also really like dry hopped sours, but they're (relatively) uncommon and prohibitively expensive.

    Chris,

I am also a big fan of Kellerbiers and you are correct that they are not readily available. This year I decided to homebrew a Kellerbier patterned after Mönchsambacher Lager; it is in my lagering chamber right now.

Last year I drank a lot of Southampton Keller Pils. This is a summer seasonal beer and last year’s version was very, very tasty.

    Cheers!

Wow! I couldn't agree more, at least style-wise. There's a real art to brewing great tasting ales in the 4% range, hopped with something delicate and floral... Do you remember Ruddles County in six-packs? Possibly my favorite British beer of all times.

Flanders, but it's just so damn much to taste some quality, high end sours.

I love Gueuze's, but I don't think I've had one in the last year. Good thread. I think I'll pick one up this week.

As much as I enjoy them I don't actually drink a lot of saisons, so I'd have to go there.

Not familiar with Ruddles County no. I'd buy it though.

Bitters, bocks of all kinds, pils, and hefeweizens. Been drinking too many ipas and stouts recently, and while I love them as well, I'd like to get back to some of other styles I love, especially with spring and summer around the corner.
