Lately I've been picking up German and Czech pilseners regularly. Before then, I'd have answered like you. It's taken me a long time to appreciate the subtlety of a well made pils, but I've finally read the memo.

Definitely sours. I enjoy a good sour from time to time but I have an extremely hard time finding them. There is a local brewery that brews Belgian-style Ales and brews an excellent sour but being a small production brewery, it only makes it to their taproom maybe once a month or so. As for my local liquor store, I have yet to see a sour on it's shelves.

Another style would be ESB's. I love a good ESB and I find them extremely drinkable but for me, availability is also an issue on this style as well. I can always get Fullers ESB (which is pretty good by the way) but I like to try different things and that's not possible for me on a regular basis.

Good Lambic's and Gueuze's; I know I love them but I run into the problem of 1) the great ones not being available to me, and 2) when they are, they are super expensive

I actually find I am pretty satisfied with the styles of beer I have currently been drinking.
