I'm flying into VT next week for a short beercation. I plan on sending myself a nice care package before flying back home. Does anybody know where I might be able to get a 12 bottle styro shipper in VT (preferably in the Stowe/Waterbury area)?

I have one for 6 - 750ml. bottles ready to go if you want it, and I live 12 miles west of Waterbury. BM me if you want it. If you are going to HFB Harvest Fest, I can hand it off there.

Mike: just received a 12 bottle styro shipper today via a trade. All yours if you want it.

Since you are flying, I highly recommend you do what I usually do to travel with beer. Go to the hardware store and get yourself a standard blue/white cooler. Carefully pack it with your beer, put a simple strap around it and check it through. Depending on who you fly with, it will either be free, or it will cost about $25 to check it. Make sure that the weight does not exceed 50 pounds. The strap keeps the lid secure, and it makes for a very easy, and inevitable, search by security. Recently went to Europe and Califonia, and both times took 44 cans of Heady Topper with me. Once packed it at 52 lbs, and had to drink a quick one before security, and gave one to the lady at the counter. Everyone was happy and it came in at 50#. Good luck.
