List gets posted today I believe.

And yeah, all the beer is such high quality it almost doesn't matter what is listed

Wouldn’t be surprised to see the return of the black lager, or the porter in the coming weeks

Was up there about 3 weeks ago and dogs no longer permitted. No flights.

Still absolutely worth a visit...if only to pick up some of their fantastic beer to take with you.

No outdoor patio for consumption, and no flights. In essence, they want one to enjoy “the full experience of each beer.” Thus, one place(s) their order while Suarez and team “meticulously pour each beer to give it the proper head and presentation"...then you take pictures

I also think the tap room has a fantastic view and is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy a beer. Of course, I live in Brooklyn and don't get a chance to see open space that often...

I'd suggest bringing something to snack on with you...they usually offer soft pretzels in the dining room but not much else.

I'll be doing a Suarez + Sloop run this Saturday. I read that Suarez doesn't have any food available other than pretzels. Does anyone have any recommendations for places to eat nearby? We'll be coming from the south via 87 to route 9, so anywhere along the way would be great. Thanks.

Grassy area outside for your pup. Other people leave their dogs outside and you can see them through the window.

Stopped at Mill House Brewery in Poughkeepsie a couple weeks back. Excellent higher end food (a tad pricey) and a great kolsch.

Beware as you get closer to Suarez as you can potentially lose service making Yelp searches for grub absolutely impossible.

They allow outside food, so if you pick up something you can bring it in. Id suggest stopping at a Deciccio's on the way to check out the bottle shop and pick up some food

When you exiting the Thruway at Kingston, a place called The Anchor had great burgers and tap list (Hill Farmstead, Suarez, Sloop, etc). Keegan Ales is a couple blocks from there as well.

For food in the area I'd recommend Bubby's Burrito Stand for a quick inexpensive bite. If the stand isn't open they have a brick and mortar shop a few miles away that should be open later. Just went there last weekend...the food was great and there is a beautiful view of the surrounding farmland from the few picnic tables they have set up.

If you are in the area later in the day I can't stress enough that you should go to Gaskins in Germantown. Absolutely awesome spot owned by Dan's brother serving great food with an excellent drink program.

I second the Burrito Stand. Going hiking this a.m. and will hopefully pick up cans of Palatine Pils and a nice bean burrito on the way back

Thanks all for the suggestions. We tried to go to the Anchor, but they were closed for the holiday weekend. We ended up at Bubby's take away which is the taco stand's b and m and enjoyed the food.

Sloop and Suarez had very different vibes, but we had a good time at both breweries. Great beer, great staff, great environment. The beers at Suarez were all amazing. With a lot of breweries focusing on IPAs nowadays, it was oddly refreshing to go to a brewery and taste four beers that were distinctly different. Settle Down and Homespun were the winners for me, but every beer I had was enjoyable. I ended up leaving with several growlers, 2 bottles and a 4 pack of Palatine.

Those playful pics amongst Dan, Jean, and Shaun are quite heartwarming. If a collective pils/lager comes out of it, via R&D, then so be it

I saw those photos and smiled. What I would give to be in Germany smelling hops and drinking lager with those 3 men.
