For the magnums or just any time you open this thread or see a Suarez post on Instagram? Definitely the latter for me.

That was specifically for the gravity cask of Saunter. But yeah applies to pretty much anything to do with them haha

A genera rule is that within a few days of any time I visit, they drop something delicious that I have to plan to pick up on a follow-up trip.

Just enjoyed some Proclivity that I got from the taproom back in March/April-ish. Can’t believe I had the patience to hold it til now. But regardless....wow so good. Still have some back roads, call to mind, and new qualify in the fridge. I can’t stop restating the point of just when you think you’ve bought enough suarez, buy more! Even though I have some family up there, if anyone wants to trade for anything down here, barrel culture, hefty supplies of barrel aged ten fidy, anything, just hit me up! Haha! <3 Suarez!

Is there ever limited distro to NYC/Brooklyn for to-go sales? Would love to have some Suarez in my fridge without having to make the trek up there.

Three's had some bottles at one point a few months ago. Don't think it's a regular thing though. Not sure about anywhere else.

FYI Local Boy mags didn't drop, for whatever reason (was told they weren't ready), so be on the lookout. I missed on a Domain mag thanks to didn't get my driveway open early enough (we were big "winner" in our area for snow total, lucky us), got there at 2:30, apparently sold out soon after open.

The team was still working on the label/design, but that those beauties would be coming shortly after Thanksgiving, Early December…Hopefully Soon

I did; however, find an easy fix = Loading, stocking, piling up on fills

I had Lo and Behold at the 2nd Annual Suarez dinner at Ghaskins on Monday night. It's a tasty beer, but's like the "Suarez" version of a Flemish Red. In the same way that Suarez makes crispy "little" beers, this is like a "lite" version. It's extremely approachable. The sour is restrained. But dare I say it's a bit light compared to what one expects from a Flemish Red.

Granted cellaring was/is not permitted, but trialing is indebted: 8+ months of Kinda Classic gives way to

A bright, citrusy, satchel farm ride: Transcripts of Belgian yeast surrounding a floral, peppery hop profile…funk is moderated, barnyard is timed, grain is dawdled, and notes are earthy/hay ridden. The depths give way to coriander, peppercorns, cloves…assorted herbs, pine-wood, lemon-lime zest, tea leaves, pear, white wine, distant vanilla

    Clean, crisp, cracker-y heavens
