Can't speak about Parabola, but surprised you were disappointed with Double Jack. What about it disappointed you ?

$18 - $22 is the going rate in Philly and burbs. Singles are almost always cheaper in NJ.

I don't like their hoppy beers, and am not crazy about Parabola (I think it's pretty good), Abacus/Sucuba is right up there with their anniversary beers, which are top-notch. I like it more than the FW15, actually.

I bought a case in PA and paid $17/bottle. PA seems to really suck from a pricing standpoint.

$15 a piece here in Morris County NJ. Every store I walk into has plenty on the shelves and it's been about 3 weeks since it was released.

Paid $22 at Craft Beer Outlet as an impulse, "i may not see this anywhere else" buy... then paid $21 at the new Boilermaker in the city... ugh

Second time this year a FW brew was cheaper to drink in a bar than buy at a store for take home (Parabola was the other).

Just enjoyed a year old bottle last weekend, bought this years batch a few weeks ago for $17. At $14 bucks, would have probably picked up an extra one.

Really? Double Jack and Parabola are two of my favorite (although expensive) beers. Can't wait to try my Sucaba after giving it some time. Plus, we just started getting sixers of Union Jack. Another great IPA.

That's technically against the case law rules and on the steep side from a distributor, but still better than the single prices in SEPA and not a huge wallet hit since it's only six, so I wouldn't call it a bad deal. I saw it in the $175 (pre-tax) range for 12 bottles last year (as "Abacus") but did not pursue it this year since I'm moving next month and have too much beer as it is. Does anyone have about 15 empty wine cases I can borrow?

Liquor Outlet in Boonton has them for $15 a bottle but on Tuesday's all bombers are 10% off so I picked a couple up for $13.50 a pop.

That might explain why I've seen some distros tape 2 cases together and sell it as a 12-pack. I wish all bomber cases came as six.
