We had a batch 1 Parabola a couple months ago & it was, if possible, better even than it was fresh. It's a fantastic beer & I didn't think aging would help at all, but hey, happy to be wrong. Still have one that we'll likely pop open along with the new batch when it arrives to compare & contrast.

I had my bottle for about a month until I drank it last night, I'm mad at myself for not drinking it sooner. This beer is so good that I don't really see what age would do to it, a lot of people are saying that it's a bit hot in the finish and that age might help, this might be true, but I enjoyed the warming finish. As far as barleywines go, to me this was perfection, I wish I had another bottle to drink now. If it's still on the shelves next week when payday rolls around I'll definitely be picking up another bottle.
