Sugary Cereal in the mash?

    I know a guy who has made a Lucky Charms Stout for St. Patrick’s Day, and it worked better than I thought.

    No. I’ve done it. It sucked.

    There are so many preservatives and un-beer-friendly ingredients in those sugary cereals.

    Chalk this one up to “it sounds like it should be a good idea, but isn’t.”

    Peanut Butter cereal (Cap'n Crunch, the new Nutter Butter stuff, PB Cheerios) works really great in nutty/PB/PBJ ales.

    I’d potentialy look at the organic versions of these cereals... or simply google the ingredients in Cinnamon Toast Crunch
