Looking for an IPA which is available in NH and has the following characteristics:

    7%ABV or less
    oniony or "dank" hop notes
    citrus hop notes

Something with more of a West Coast.style. Was a fan of Green Flash West Coast IPA but haven't seen it in ages.

What do you folks recommend (other than try them all - cause that's pretty much what I'm doing)

    Thanks!

MBC Lunch comes to mind. I'm sure you've tried Stoneface IPA?

Do you get Little sip in NH, great northern ipa, Newburyport green head, and I’m sure kettle head and stoneface have an option or two

Lawson's Little Sip. Also, if Wormtown's Be Hoppy is available in NH, that could be a good option for you. Finally, Bell's Two Hearted is a widely available all time classic IPA that should fit your characteristics.

Yes Stoneface is good. I've had MBC lunch. Love Schilling's lagers but haven't tried their IPAs yet.

    Little sip? Is that Lawson's?

Havent tried Great Northern or Green Head

Finestkind and Tuckermans Pale Ale were two I used to enjoy in my college days. They might still be around

Enjoyed Rags to Riches from Flying Goose, which I believe is 6.5%. Not sure how available it is but the brewpub is in New London.

I’m digging the IPA’s from Spyglass and Backyard Brewery, both in NH.

I second Smuttynose Finestkind, assuming it hasn't changed in the 8 years since I just had it.

I LOVE Fiddlehead and am glad I’m not the only one who gets some dank notes in there. It’s still not a WCIPA, but those older versions of the NEIPAs (I throw Little Sip and Focal in there too) still have enough non-tropical fruit flavors and bitterness to hot the mark for me.
