I'm drawing a blank on what I should brew next. I am going to be brewing tomorrow. I do extract brewing.

Get creative and suggest some stuff you've always wanted to do and never got to.

    Thanks in advance.

You could do a scotish ale with molasses. A friend did this and it turned out mighty taste. The high final gravity of this style makes it pretty easy to make it when using extract.

Either brew something that you want to drink this summer when it warms or something for a few months aging for the winter. I'm digging on Hefes lately. I used to love them and then I went through a phase of not liking the banana and clove and now I'm enjoying it again. I have also wanted to do an American Wheat and dryhop with Amarillo. Next month I'll be doing an Impy Stout and aging it on Oak Cubes that I have soaking in Maker's Mark to be drank November or December ish.

Raspberry hibiscus wheat. The ladies love it.

Can you lager? If so, I suggest a coffee schwarzbier.

Mild. It will be ready in time for you to participate in Mild In May, albeit from the wrong side of the water.

I've got a blonde ale and a hoppy pale ale upcoming. Both should be refreshing for the summer. I'd suggest no matter what you choose, make it summery!
