I figure most people will recommend Daisy Cutter, but I wanted to get some ideas. I'm moving soon which means I'll have a dedicated beer fridge. I want to put a couple of kegs in there. What is available in the area that you would stock in your fridge? It doesn't necessarily have to be something local, it can be a widely distributed beer too. Pick two and let me know why.

IDK if Haymarket sells growlers to individuals but if you can get some Mathias IIPA you will not be disappointed!

Haymarket doesn't distribute at all...holding out hope though.

You might want to try it before you get a whole keg, but I quite like Half Acre's Gossamer during these hot summer months. And getting a keg of it will probably be easier than Daisy Cutter (although I think supply issues on that are getting better, as the bars that couldn't get it for a while have it again and I've seen it on store shelves more often).

According to their website, you can get any of the kegs listed on the bottom half of the following page if you give them three days notice:

If that's true, and considering the weather, I'd choose the Stiegl Paracelsus Zwickl and the Founder's All Day IPA. The former is an unfiltered lager with some subtle sour notes; the latter is an easy-drinking IPA with strong Citra hop presence. Both are low ABV, and easy to drink on 90+ degree day.

+1 on the All Day IPA.

    I would probably go with
1.Two Brothers Domaine Dupage - because it is a crowd pleaser for whenever people are over, craft drinkers and non craft drinkers alike.
2.Bells Two Hearted - because it is so good on draft.
