While the letter grade has long gone the way of the dodo, we are with the numerical rating in digits up to 2 decimals (ie. 4.37).

One of the things that has always irked me (aside that it's a number, I'am sure it's done for sortability displaying and providing more info) is that it comes right after the ABV column and doesn't make for good clarity and reading across.

I'd ideally like as a suggestion to have the columns go: ABV , Ratings , Avg

This would improve readability, and prevent more confusion, as often the avg and the abv are far too similar in value many times.

Not a be all to end all, but a suggestion I'd just throw out there. Either way I just wish the abv and the avg columns weren't beside each other.

    Thanks.

Letter grades were short-lived and simply a visual layer applied to numeric ratings that has been around since we first introduce user reviews/ratings in 2000. We tried it, but ultimately it didn't give us the depth that we (and most others) wanted.
A valid suggestion. I'll look into it and play around.

I always kind of miss the letters but I do understand why they were scrapped. It sort of gave me that nostalgic old report card days view of a brewery which made it fun, but I definitely notice that the new grade display is more funcitonal and more informative, so it's time had come.

Let me know how it goes.
