I haven't brewed in a while and I am at an extract/ steeping brew level. I want to make a brew for the warmer seasons such as a weizen, wit, saison, cream, pale, or IPA and would like to achieve a creamy, thick, cloudy body similar to a FFF Rabbid Rabbit or New Glarus Imperial Weizen.

Any suggestions on what to use?

    Thanks

Wheat extract. You can even make a hoppy wheat beer that would be great for the summer. Maybe use about 2-3oz of citra and simcoe and bitter to about 25ibu.

edit: with a neutral American yeast

If you are willing to brew with Oatmeal (conduct a mini-mash), then Flaked Oats will add a creamy texture to your beers.

    Cheers!
