I'm tired of rooting through many cardboard boxes to get at my many years of brewing supplies. I'm looking for some suggestions on storing all the supplies, meaning the hydrometers, hop bags, fermentation locks, thermometers, siphons, tubing, clamps, kegging valves,.... all the smaller stuff.

I'm thinking a cheap tool box with different size drawers may work, but wondering what other brewers are using(?)

    Thanks.....

I have a cheap metal tool box on wheels. It's nothing great, but holds all the small things pretty well.

I also have things stored in those cross hatched top plastic containers. They are stackable, and hold everything really well.

Small rubbermaid tubs might be your best option based on whatever about of stuff you have. Mine stuff is stored in garage, so it's in the heat and cold for most of the items. Hydros, refractometers, scales, and water treatment stuff is stored inside in a cabinet in the corner of our kitchen. Stuff I'd rather not break tossing around, or get exposed to humidity and harsher temps.

I use the small plastic totes/tubs.

Yep. Cheap plastic toolboxes, fishing tackle boxes, see-through stackable containers, all golden. I have 1 large 10x10x20" tool box for everyday inside stuff. That sleeps on top of my ferm fridge. Plus a smaller toolbox for the brew day that stays outside in cabinet. Cheap wall mounted shelving is also economical for pots, HLT, and mash tuns. I also comendeered a drawer in the kitchen for starter stuff.

What helped me personally was to always put stuff back in the same place, tool box-wise so I could learn where they were without looking.
