Hey, Going to be in Denver. Will have this Friday available (all day). I've been before and hit severa places but certainly not everywhere. If you had 1 day in downtown Denver only, where would you hit? I'd also like to watch some basketball throughout the day - and I didn't kneo which places have TVs. Thanks for any input.
If you search 'Visiting Denver' you'll find a bunch of threads with tons of info (that hasn't really changed). Don't miss Falling Rock (where you can also watch basketball). This one is pretty good: http://www.beeradvocate.com/communi...-colorado-beer-itinerary.369849/#post-4371051
...the samurai exhibit at the DAM. unless you've been to the one at the MFA, then i'd skip it and hit up a local limo service and enjoy the sights.
FYI, it's supposed to snow on Friday. Not a big deal, but don't wear flip flops. Falling Rock has several TVs. I think Lucky Pie does, too. Many breweries will not. Rock Bottom; Freshcraft has one (?);
That samurai exhibit looks incredible! ... I always end up at the museum of natural history, checking out the gem and mineral exhibit (for hours )
Personally? RiNo. The Source for coffee/pastries & Crooked Stave later in the day, Great Divide, Epic, etc. Then again, I don't really watch basketball, so those locations probably aren't that great from that aspect. Weather looks a bit crummy, so it puts a damper on just strolling between breweries Have fun!
If you want to hit a couple of different places with TVs that are all close together, Freshcraft-Lucky Pie-Falling Rock. All have TVs and a great tap selection. FC and LP also have good food
Epic has good tv's (4 total maybe?). I think they had bball on two of them last year. Mockery will also show the games on their (2-3?) tv's.
