    Pelican Brewery. I visited Oregon a few years ago and went to breweries all over the state, Pelican and Deschutes were my favorites.

    Haha, funny story here actually - last time I went to Oregon while road tripping we stopped at Pelican and stopped for beer/lunch. It was amazingtastic. I even managed to get the first bottle off the line for their Anklebuster Ale. Sad part of the story - I thought I had put the bottle away for drinking later, but found it a week ago in the garage...in Texas weather.

    I don't even know if I should bother to open it or just trash it. Thoughts?

    Never really understand this question...

    Option 1 : Open it, taste it, Its good/great, drink it, be happy.
    Option 2 : Open it, taste it, Its bad, trash it, be slightly upset that you drank 5 calories of bad beer.
    Option 3 : Trash it and never know if it was good or not.

    Seems like theres an obvious answer there....
