Summit Brewing 30th Anniversary Beers

    It was more bitter and less citrus-type flavor. It is somewhat sweet and lemony, but quite bitter in the middle and finish. Well done for what it is; that is, I assume this is what the brewer intended.

    Why would you think it would taste like Hop Silo? I've never understood why so many BAs come to the conclusion that one beer should taste like another. I'm not trying to be a dick here, or call you out individually. I'm genuinely interested as to why someone would have this preconceived notion. Anyone else feel free to jump in too.

    As for Summit DIPA, I'm in the camp that thought it was drinkable, but unremarkable. I'm glad I bought a four pack, but don't see myself buying another.
