Summit hops?

    Thanks for that advice. I will definitely be seeking freshness from my next Mosaic beer.

    I too noted that the 2016 version of Lagunitas Born Yesterday developed some oniony aspects with age (e.g., 1+ months after bottling).

    That beer was brewed with a number of hop varieties: “This Un-Freakin-Filtered, wetter-than-wet beer has 11lbs-per-barrel of Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic and Indigenous Catawampus.”

    This beer is also different in that it was brewed with wet hops vs. dried hops.

    Hate that oniony hop....not seeing it as much these days in my area....the worst hop of all time in my opinion......just steep the IPA with fresh green onion bulbs....same thing
