Just had this on tap and it is better than ever. I've yet to see it in Liquor stores by me but haven't checked since last Friday. I loved it last year and this seems even better....very bready maltiness....really reminds me a lot of the Unchained Kolsch of years ago which apparently is now Mankato Original..... I had this first then Goose Summer (which I've always thought is a solid Kolsch) and there was no comparison....the Goose was fine but closer to Leinie Canoe Paddler than Summit...this is some elite brew in my opinion....
I had it bottled last year and wasn't real impressed, I'm kind of a zommerfest guy, mankato original is also really excellent. I may have to revisit this one?
