That BFM XV is all kinds of amazing, if you like the more tart saisons. Pricey, but so very worth it.

Hennepin and Brooklyn Sorachi Ace are my go-to Saisons. Sofie and Saison-Brett are awesome, just a little too much money to regularly buy.

Red Barn is a great one that rarely gets brought up in these threads.

Well, Bill, I can't tell you how many times we've missed your voice and your anger since you left us nearly 20 years ago. I do fear what the past 15 years of American politics would've done to your heart and your blood pressure. And your soul, perhaps. Trying times.

Anyway, they like us to talk about beer here, so since you asked, here are some fine-drinkin' American saisons. These are new ones to me this year:

-de Garde Desay (a glorious dry/funky/tart saison out of Tillamook, OR--keep an eye on these folks)
-Prairie Hop (a gorgeously aromatic, hop-forward saison--from Oklahoma, if you can believe it)
-The Commons Myrtle (tart and mildly funky, but a real quencher and charmer)

And here are some past favorites which still get it done today:

-Boulevard Saison-Brett (an American classic) and Tank 7
    -Logsdon Seizoen Bretta (spectacular)
-The Bruery Saison Tonnellerie (my favorite Bruery saison, along with Saison de Lente with a year on it)
-Upright Flora Rustica (floral content varies, but when it's on, it's ON)
-Hill Farmstead Anna (simple and proper)
-Crooked Stave Saison Vielle Artisanal (rustic and quenching)

I also have a bottle of Three Flowers Saison from Trinity which I have heard great things about and am looking forward to opening soon.

Seizoen Bretta from Logsdon. When I'm in the mood for a Saison, I can't think of a better representation. My mouth is literally watering for my remaining bottle as I type. DAMMIT!

Since lots of other good ones have been mentioned, I'll go homer and say Saison Bernice and especially Anais from SARA. Anais is a great medium body saison - really dry, peppery earthy flavors with a bit of citrus and spelt giving it a nice raw hay-like grain aroma/flavor. It's also the base for some of their other barrel aged stuff like West Ashley (apricots) and their 1st anniversary beer Appreciation (boysenberries) that have been among my favorites this year.

One of my favorite styles. Some of the most memorable ones have to be:

    Avec le Bon Voeux
DuPont Saison Dry Hopping 2013 (haven't had the previous years)
All of Bruery Saison's, especially Tonellerie
    Logsdon Seizoen Bretta
    Prairie Hop

Just tried Grassroots Arctic Saison and found it quite tasty. Still want to try Hill Farmstead and Peche N Brett as probably many of you.

    Cheers.

For taste, price, and availability combined, give me a Hennepin any day of the week. I love saisons.

You win! Helios is my go to. A touch of brett, crisp, cheap, and widely available (around these parts)

I know some people aren't a fan, but I could drink Rabbid Rabbit by Three Floyds all summer if I could afford it.

I was fond of Smutty's Farmhouse Ale and would usually pick up a couple bottles around the holiday's. I"ll have to pick up a bottle of saison for the tail end of summer to enjoy.

    Favorite is Brooklyn Sorachi Ace
Recently I had the Dupont Saison Dry Hopping, which was really good
Down here in Florida, Due South Southern Saison is excellent
I also like Great Divide Colette, because it comes in 6'ers

Really anything from Hill Farmstead blows my mind. Especially the 2012 batch of Anna with 6 months on it. Amazingly tart and dry. Same with Brother Soigne.

For stuff I can get every day, Tank 7 is good, and it's sister Saison-Brett is amazing.

Hennepin, Tank 7, Saison-Brett, Jack D'or (sometimes...had a few stellar bottles and a few, ah, less-than-stellar ones...), Saison Dupont, Saison Rue...pretty much all the standards. Would love to get my hands on some Fantome or aged Saison-Brett one of these days (or anything by Hill Farmstead, naturally), but the odds of that happening at this point in my craft beer career are slim to none.
